Cabinet Vision
Holmfields use Cabinet Vision, which is an industry software for furniture manufacturers. We use it for the setting out of our kitchens, bedrooms and home studies as well as other commercial work we have been involved in. Setting out is a process of manufacture, so once a design has been agreed with the customer and check measured, we take the information from the design and imput the detail into Cabinet Vision. This enables us to produce cutting lists and data which is transferred to CNC machinery to give a set of instructions for the furniture to be made. Cabinet Vision allows you to set up a library of units but can produce special units including curves, angles, divisions and bespoke units. Mark Hemmings has been using and implementing Cabinet Vision into our manufacturing processes for many years.
