Dear Jo,
Both Adrienne and I are sorry it has taken us so long to write to Holmfields to congratulate your Company and its employees for designing and installing our new kitchen which can only be described as magnificent.
Initially our thanks must go to you Jo, for spending time with us on our first visit to your showroom to explain what products are available and providing us with an insight into exactly what the work entails. So many people were involved in the design, manufacture and installation and it is not possible to mention everyone, but we would like to single out certain members of staff for their personal involvement.
Mark – for his attention to detail and perfection in achieving the overall quality of installation
Peter – for helping us to get the best possible use of space with the design and specification of the finished product.
Ian – for working tirelessly in making certain that ancillary trades, materials deliveries and personnel were on site and on time. He always retained a sense of humour in solving problems.
Scott and Lewis – who worked hard to remove the old kitchen fittings as quickly as possible and provided assistance where required during the new installation.
Clark – our greatest thanks are reserved for Clark who is arguably the best fitter of kitchens and bedrooms anywhere, as we know from all the work he has done in our house. His determination to do the best possible job, ability to solve problems and respond to changes, his total focus on giving excellent customer service and quality of his workmanship are all remarkable.
So thank you once again for yet another installation perfectly planned and installed. We are entirely satisfied with the work, the price and the care and attention provided by all the members of your team. We most certainly recommend Holmfields to any prospective purchasers of bedroom, kitchen or other fitted furniture.
