We would like to re-affirm our telephone conversation regarding our newly fitted bespoke bedroom furniture.
We have been extremely impressed with both the attitude and professionalism shown during the complete process from the initial design through to the installation, all being carried out to a high standard of care and attention.
Peter the designer was very helpful and methodical in his approach to ensue the design fully met our criteria which also involved a follow up survey following the design stage to ensure and provide clarity prior to manufacture.
Upon delivery and the installation all carpets including stairs were protected, as were the material components. Clarke, who carried out the installation did so to a very high standard whilst being very helpful and maintaining the surrounding work area as clean as possible.
We were particularly impressed that Holmfields have the facility of their own in house work shop and that no sub contact labour is used in both the fabrication and installation.
All appointments were adhered to including the actual installation date together with the time period allocated for completing the works.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Holmfields to friends and family alike.
